Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Rentals start at $300 and include up to 100 guests. For larger events, it's just $3 per guest — for example, 150 guests is $450.
What's included?
The soft-serve machine, your selected flavor, standard sugar cones, and normal machine cleaning after your event.
How many guests can the machine serve?
One machine comfortably serves events of any size we've listed pricing for — just tell us your expected guest count when you book so we bring enough product.
Can we choose multiple flavors?
Each rental includes one flavor. Pick the one your group will love most.
Is pineapple dairy-free?
Yes — our pineapple soft serve is non-dairy.
Do we have to clean the machine?
No. Normal machine cleaning after your event is part of every rental.
Are cones included?
Yes, standard sugar cones are included. Cups, cake cones, and waffle cones are available as upgrades.
Can we get cups?
Yes — cups & spoons are available as a serving option at booking.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable $250 security deposit is charged separately from your rental price and returned after the machine and equipment are picked up and inspected.
When is the deposit refunded?
Shortly after your event, once the equipment has been picked up and inspected.
What happens if the machine is damaged?
Damage, missing equipment, or unauthorized relocation of the machine may result in a partial or full deduction from the security deposit, with a clear explanation provided.
How far do you deliver?
We currently serve a small radius around our home base in St. George and are growing from there. You'll see instantly at booking whether your address is in range.
What power does the machine require?
A standard household outlet is sufficient. We'll confirm details when you book.
Can it be used outside?
Yes, with shade recommended — see the next question about Southern Utah heat.
What happens in extreme St. George heat?
We recommend placing the machine in shade when possible during peak summer heat to keep it running smoothly throughout your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 14+ days before your event for a full rental refund, 7-13 days for a 50% refund, and less than 7 days for no rental refund. Your security deposit is fully refunded as long as the rental never occurred and there's no outstanding damage.
How far ahead should I reserve?
As soon as you have a date — popular weekends fill up first, especially in warmer months.
