Privacy Policy
What we collect
Booking a rental requires a free account (your email address and a password) so you can view and manage your reservation afterward. When you book, we also collect your name, phone number, event address, and event details (date, time, guest count, flavor and serving choices).
Accounts and cookies
Accounts are handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your password; Firebase does. Signing in sets a secure cookie so you stay signed in between visits; it doesn't track you anywhere else. We ask you to verify your email address before your first booking to keep bookings tied to real, reachable accounts.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and securely.
How we use your information
Your information is used to schedule and deliver your rental, send booking and payment confirmations, coordinate your event on our calendar, and send reminders as your event approaches. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Resend for email delivery. Each only receives the information needed to perform its function for your reservation.
