Cancellation Policy

Rental refunds

• 14+ days before your event: full rental refund.
• 7–13 days before your event: 50% rental refund.
• Less than 7 days before your event: no rental refund.

Security deposit

Your $250.00 refundable security deposit is fully refunded on cancellation, as long as the rental never occurred and there is no outstanding loss or damage issue.
